DNC110 – Pinhole Drilling Machine is an automatic drilling machine, which operator puts placed the PARTS into the feeding system (holding about 30pcs). This machine is designed for drilling the pinholes on the 2 sides of Euro type cylinder by one drilling unit. With the rotating mechanism the machine will change the finished side to the other side for drilling the pinholes. The pitches of the pinholes are adjustable due to the servo mechanism. You just need to set the value and do the offset on the touch screen. The clamp will chuck the PART automatically in position for pinhole drilling. The finished PARTS will be unloaded to the slide automatically. The chip, which were generated while the pinhole drilling, will be collected into a receiving box.
