Punch bitting machines punch a fixed code pattern and marking number into the key blanks. A change out cartridge die is used to change the code geometry and key code numbers. This type of machine, ideal for large quantities of Key Alike keys, also deburrs and rings the keys. A magazine stacker or a vibratory feeder bowl with hopper automatically feeds the key blanks.
