This machine is designed for assembly wafer and springs into the single side barrel, and equipped with two spring beehives (one for wafer springs, one for retainer spring.)
An operator inserts the barrel into the barrel nest. Barrel nest moves into spring loading position to load springs by triggering two sensors. Next, the operator inserts the wafer into the barrel manually, and then pushes in the wafers by triggering two sensors.
