A110 – Lock Tongue Assembly Machine already can assemble almost 4 different types of lock tongues shown as the attached photos. This machine uses automatic bowl feeder to feed all the PARTS (shown in the photos). Furthermore, it can also supply the extra function as a station like drilling, riveting and crimping …etc. It can assemble all the PARTS step by step as shown above. The Lock Tongue Assembly Machine also includes the function of detecting assembly completion/perfection then unload accordingly. In addition, as being compatible to A180, A110 Lock Tongue Machine could be regarded as one station of the A180 Latch Assembly Machine. After Lock Tongue is assembled in A110, it could be sent by chuck to A180, the Latch Assembly Machine. A110 and A180 could be combined as one machine fully assembling the latches.
