Cylinder pre-assembly machines add all components required prior to the pinning process. Depending on the design of the cylinders, the machines insert plugs (barrels) into housings, install cams, tail pieces, and retaining pins or retaining clips. Vibratory feeder bowls automatically feed all necessary components. The final assembly is automatically unloaded into a chute.
