Products

Plug (Barrel) broaching machines broach the keyway into the plug (barrel) blank. A motorized chain moves a series of nests past broach tool segments. An operator manually loads parts or an optional feeding system automatically loads the blanks. All broach plugs (barrels) unload automatically. BR101 is identical to BR100, except that BR101 automatically sands (grains) the front face of the plug (barrel).
