Key blank machines perform back-rounding, tip chamfering, and keyway milling either as a singular function or in any combination. A magazine stacker or a vibratory feeder bowl with hopper automatically feeds the key blanks. 
Key blanks are automatically transferred from station to station until all milling features are completed. 
At the end of each cycle, the finished keys are unloaded onto a chute. Tooling can be exchanged to accommodate a variety of key shapes and profiles.
