Single sided key bitting machines automatically mark, cut, and ring keys. A pneumatic single-point marker adds the code number to the key. A carbide cutting blade on an XY servo system cuts the required notch depths. A scraping tool and a rotating brush deburrs the notches. The ringer station rings the keys in sets of Key-Alike and unloads the finished keys into bins or sequentially onto rods. A magazine stacker or a vibratory feeder bowl with hopper feeds the key blanks.
